Refund & Returns Policy

1. Your Right to Return
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (implementing EU Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to cancel your order and return products within 14 calendar days of receiving your delivery, without giving any reason.
The cancellation period expires 14 calendar days after the day you (or a person nominated by you) received the goods.
2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by email) before the cancellation period expires. Contact us at:

3. Returning the Product
You must return the goods to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 calendar days after you notify us of your intention to cancel. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we agree otherwise.
Products should be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging where reasonably possible. Please include a note with your order reference and reason for return.
4. Refunds
We will issue your refund promptly, and no later than 14 calendar days after we receive the returned goods (or evidence that you have returned them). We will refund using the same payment method used for the original order, unless you expressly agree to a different method. There is no fee for the refund.
We may reduce the refund amount to reflect any reduction in value if the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
5. Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sealed goods that have been opened after delivery and which are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons - once the seal has been broken after delivery, these cannot be returned.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@wristbright.shop with details and photographic evidence where possible. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
